Website choices

Cookies and website analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Some are needed for a website feature to work; optional analytics cookies are used only if this site uses them and the required consent has been given.

Essential cookies keep pages working.

  • Essential: support basic site operation and cannot be switched off through a consent choice.
  • Analytics: if enabled, help us understand site use after you consent. You can change or withdraw that choice through the site's cookie controls, where available.
  • Browser settings: your browser can block or remove cookies. Some site features may then behave differently.

We do not use this notice to promise that analytics cookies are active. Check the cookie controls shown on the website for the current options.

Storage and sharing

Retention and third-party processors

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and manage the enquiry. For client matters, retention depends on the work, applicable record-keeping duties and the need to establish or defend legal claims. We review records for secure deletion when no longer needed.

We review records regularly.

Service providers may handle information for hosting, email or case management. They must protect it and act on our instructions. Information may also be shared when needed with courts, opposing parties, professional advisers or regulators in connection with legal work or a legal duty.

If a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be used where required by data protection law.
